Cancellation fees
WINTER 2024-25

The deposit is not refunded in any case of cancellation
In case of cancellation from the 30th to the 20th day before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the booked stay
In case of cancellation from the 19th to the 4th day before arrival: 70% of the total cost of the booked stay
In case of cancellation from the 3rd day before arrival and in case of no show: 90% of the total cost of the booked stay
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, 100% of the cost of the day(s) booked but not used will be charged
The rate does not change in case of partial occupation of the room

100% of the total rate of the stay is required at the time of booking and in case of cancellation for any reason, 100% of the rate is always retained
In case of partial occupancy of the room, late arrival and/or early departure the rate does not change

35% of the total rate of the stay is required as a deposit at the time of booking
In case of cancellation up to 10 days before arrival, 35% of the deposit is returned
In case of cancellation after 10 days before arrival, 100% of the rate will be required as a cancellation penalty
The rate does not change in case of partial cancellation of the room
