Cancellation fees
WINTER 2025-26

FOR RESERVATIONS WITH NON REFUNDABLE RATE 

  • 100% of the total rate of the stay is required at the time of booking and in case of cancellation for any reason, 100% of the rate is always retained
  • In case of partial occupancy of the room, late arrival and/or early departure the rate does not change

 

FOR RESERVATIONS WITH FLEXIBLE RATE 

  • 35% of the total rate of the stay is required as a deposit at the time of booking
  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 35% of the deposit is returned
  • In case of cancellation after 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rate will be required as a cancellation penalty
  • The rate does not change in case of partial cancellation of the room
