Stay conditions: Hotel Arkadia - Adults only

Hotel Arkadia is adults only, all guests must be at least 14 years old. If the age of a child is not communicated and it is under 14 years old, check-in may be refused and 90% of the total price of the booked stay will be required
Mandatory municipal tourist tax: 3.80€ (not included in the hotel accommodation rate)
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-in after 10.00 p.m. only if agreed in writing
Meals not consumed will not be refunded
Pets are only allowed during the summer season and only in certain rooms. The supplement for a dog is 23€ per day. Dog insurance is required and the pet must be up to date with all required vaccinations. Pets are not allowed in the common areas.
Booking conditions and cancellation fees may be subject to change due to special events or circumstances.

Reservations are only final upon receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation.

As a protection in case of cancellation, we recommend our guests to take out an insurance policy to cover any financial loss. We can recommend you to contact the Europäische Reiseversicherung or your trusted insurance company
